Yes. The per-client billing model, client-isolated SLA tracking, multi-client inventory partitioning, and the Integration Hub are designed for 3PL operations running multiple customer accounts under one roof. Single-brand fulfillment operations also use VeraCore, but the 3PL-specific features are the core differentiator.
VeraCore's Integration Hub supports Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, eBay, Etsy, and Walmart, among others. Integrations are managed per client through a central hub — adding, monitoring, or removing an integration does not require IT involvement.
Native integrations include UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and Purolator. Rate-shopping across connected carriers happens at order processing time inside the OMS workflow. Label generation does not require a separate shipping station application.
Each client account has its own billing rules configured in VeraCore. Automated invoicing generates client-specific invoices based on activity — storage, pick/pack, handling fees — and integrates with accounting software such as QuickBooks. Landis Logistics reported recovering one full day per month previously spent on manual invoicing after implementing VeraCore billing automation.
Yes. VeraCore includes a client account portal that gives each client real-time visibility into their inventory, open orders, and shipment status. The portal is branded per client and does not expose other clients' data.
