Lot traceability and recall scope-narrowing
Forward and backward lot traceability in minutes — not hours. FSMA Section 204-ready by design.
- Recall scope narrowed to specific lots, products, and customers in minutes vs. 2-hour industry standard
- Automatic FIFO and GS1 labeling at receiving
- Serial number and license-plate-level inventory tracking
Food-specific production management
Paperless production designed around how food processors actually work: yield tracking, catchweight scheduling, allergen alerts.
- Allergen vs. non-allergen and organic vs. non-organic mix-up alerts on the production run
- Catchweight production scheduling and recipe management
- Dynamic finished-goods and ingredient pick-list generation
Warehouse management and receiving
WMS and MES on the same data model — no reconciliation between systems.
- Scan crates, boxes, or pallets at receiving into inventory and location instantly
- FEFO/FIFO rules with shelf-life and expiration date enforcement
- Mobile-friendly plant-floor access — handheld scanners, RF devices
IoT and hardware integration
Connects to scales, inline printers, labelers, and robotics on the plant floor — from Zebra to Rice Lake.
- Partners include Zebra, Honeywell, Teguar Industrial PCs, Markem-Imaje, BarTender

Seafood, bakery, meat and poultry, dairy, beverage, produce, and prepared foods. Each segment has tuned workflows — seafood for variable-weight catch records and fisherman settlements, produce for grower receiving and grower payments, bakery for recipe scaling and catchweight scheduling.
Yes. Forward and backward lot traceability across raw materials, in-process inventory, and finished goods satisfies FSMA Section 204 traceability rules. Recall scope-narrowing tools identify exactly which lots, products, and customers are affected — typically in minutes, vs. the two-hour industry standard.
ParityFactory is a WMS and MES layer that integrates with your existing accounting or ERP system — not a replacement. Supported ERPs include NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, SYSPRO, and others. The in-house implementation team has deep experience pairing ParityFactory with all of these systems.
Most implementations go live within 90 days. The majority of configuration is done remotely after a plant tour; the implementation team comes on-site to finalize training before go-live.
The production module alerts operators when a production run contains ingredients that conflict with allergen or organic rules (e.g., allergen vs. non-allergen, organic vs. conventional). Lot tracking ensures full chain-of-custody is maintained if an allergen event requires a recall investigation.
ParityFactory integrates with a range of plant-floor hardware including Zebra and Honeywell scanners and printers, Teguar industrial PCs, Rice Lake weighing systems, Markem-Imaje printers, and BarTender labeling software. The implementation team advises on hardware selection and supports both existing and new equipment.
Advantive provides direct implementation services for all brands. A named implementation lead is assigned at kickoff and stays with the project through go-live. Partner-led implementations are available for select brands when a customer prefers an existing systems integrator.
Advantive ONE extends each brand with cross-system intelligence — surfacing patterns across your ERP, MES, quality, and warehouse data. It runs as a layer on top of your product, not a replacement. Customers on a current support contract are eligible.
Standard support covers software updates, the customer portal (knowledge base + ticketing), and the Advantive support team during business hours in your region. Premium tiers add dedicated customer success, extended SLA coverage, and 24/7 critical-incident response.
