SQCpack is purpose-built for statistical process control analysis at facilities that want a focused, right-sized SPC tool without the full InfinityQS platform footprint. It is particularly suited to mid-market manufacturers running fewer simultaneous sites. InfinityQS Enact and ProFicient are cloud and on-premise options for operations requiring enterprise-wide multi-plant rollup and deeper plant-floor automation.
SQCpack includes Xbar-R, Xbar-S, Individuals (I-MR), CUSUM, EWMA, p-chart, np-chart, c-chart, and u-chart, plus histogram, Pareto, and capability plots. Chart selection can be configured per characteristic or product family.
SQCpack and GAGEpack form a closed-loop quality system. GAGEpack manages calibration schedules and traceability for every measurement device; SQCpack then uses data from those certified devices for SPC analysis. Together they ensure measurement data used for compliance and quality decisions is fully traceable.
SQCpack includes audit-ready records and reporting templates aligned to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11. Certificate of Analysis outputs can be customized per customer or standard.
Yes. SQCpack imports from Excel, SQL databases, and direct gauge interfaces (CMMs, handheld tools). Manual data entry is also supported. The data source can vary by characteristic within the same part number.
